STEVEN HORIATIS

Steven Horiatis comes to Real Estate from the construction industry. He has been involved in all aspects of the business from planning and design, to laying down a welcome mat at the end of the project. Like an artist, Steven’s hands-on approach and involvement is reflected in the finished product, a masterpiece. His extensive background also includes leasing residential properties, procuring and developing real estate, as well as managing investment properties. He is truly knowledgeable in all aspects of real estate.

ANDREW BONI

While employed in the Financial Services industry for a number of years, Andrew Boni was also busy investing in the ups and downs of the real estate market. This eventually led him to his true calling. He spent several years in Commercial Property Management and made the final move to Residential Sales and Rentals in 2005.

His strengths lie in negotiation skills which grew out of a diverse professional background, a calm demeanor and a sense of humor -- all of which have led to many smooth closings. Because he understands the process first hand, Andrew is committed to offering his clients the personal attention, service and professionalism that they have come to expect and deserve.

TERRY FULLER

Terry Fuller comes to the real estate profession with a wide range of experiences that serve him well in understanding customer needs. His background in education - secondary, undergraduate, graduate, locally and nationally- helps clients assess the impact of school systems and educational facilities on real estate values. Employment as a destination service consultant for an intemational relocation company has given him extensive knowledge of the greater Boston area as well as the challenges that one faces when re-locating to a new area. Terry is a former landlord and current property owner.

A life time resident of the Boston area Terry earned his bachelors degree from Stonehill College and a Masters Degree from Boston State College. For over thirty years he and his wife have lived in a neighboring town to Cambridge. They continue to travel extensively.
